Made these last year to include my GF/DF family and they turned out amazing! They were more delicious than any cookies I’ve made even with gluten and dairy. Making them again soon!

I have no need to make these vegan. Can half regular butter and half vegetable shortening?

When I use Almond flour weverytging tastes gritty & I use super fine almond flour!
