Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F. Place chicken in the fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip chicken over. Air fry for 5 minutes.
Brush on half of the teriyaki glaze. Air fry for 5 minutes. Flip chicken over again and glaze with remaining teriyaki sauce. Air fry for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Air fry for 2 minutes.
Place thighs on a cutting board and slice into bite-sized pieces.
