Ingredients

  • 12 ounces beef sirloin filet cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

For the garlic butter

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat an air fryer for 5 minutes at 400ºF.
  • Toss meat with olive oil. Mix together spices and season the meat.
  • Arrange meat in the air fryer basket so that pieces are not touching.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes at 400ºF until browned.
  • Melt butter. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Toss the finished steak in the garlic butter before serving. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if you like.
