Oreo Mug Cake with 3 Ingredients

This quick and easy Oreo mug cake recipe is super simple and only requires 3 ingredients. It's the perfect dessert when you're craving something sweet but don't want to make a whole cake.

Ingredients

  • 4 Oreo cookies
  • tablespoons almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Crush the 4 Oreo cookies into finely ground crumbs using a food processor or smashing them in a zipper bag.
  • In a small ramekin or coffee mug, combine the cookie crumbs with the almond milk and baking powder.
  • Microwave for one minute. If needed microwave an extra 10 seconds until cake is cooked to desired doneness.
  • Remove from microwave with oven mitt and set on a rack to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Grease the ramekin or mug. If you want to serve the cake outside of the container, make sure you rub a little oil or shortening inside before adding the ingredients.
Check for doneness early. Overcooking can result in a dry cake so stop microwaving with the center is still a little soft.
Don't overmix! Once you've added all of the ingredients to your mug, give them a quick stir until everything is just combined.
